You don't want nasty mold, hard water, soap scum, and dirt around your naked body. Let's make the shower as clean as it makes you feel! Showers are constantly filled with moisture, so they quickly grow mold, mildew, and are the perfect breeding ground for bacteria. We use special cleaners that are thicker than our normal grout cleaners, so that they don’t run down the wall. This allows them to work ten times as hard to break down unwanted contaminants and organic matter. When you want to get clean, you have got to B.E. Clean!
I want to be very clear, 98% of stains are removed by our NORMAL CLEANING PROCESS. This service is for the removal of extreme stains and can be purchased without purchasing a clean. We want to make sure we can make everyone happy, so we come prepared to remove almost anything from any home. Paint, ink, blood, slime, gum, set in red wine stains, rust, coffee and almost everything else you can think of are no match for our experienced technicians!
Helpful Tip: You can remove wax from your carpeting yourself with nothing but a white terry cloth and an iron. Simply get the rag damp with HOT water, get the iron as hot as it will go, place the cloth over the stain and apply the iron for 5-8 seconds, then place a clean part of the cloth on the stain and repeat as needed. THIS CAN BURN CARPET IF THE IRON IS LEFT ON TO LONG. Start with lower times and increase.
This type of “heat transfer” is one of a few methods that we use to blast out stains. Other stains require use of a catalyst chemical to get them lifted, so I wouldn’t try this on everything. For all your set-in stains, even the ones other companies told you were permanent, call us! Let us show you how much our technicians know, and how wrong everyone else is. When you have science on your side, stain removal is easy!
According to the National Fire Protection Association, nearly 17,000 home clothes dryer fires are reported each year. These clothes dryer fires cause around 51 deaths, 380 injuries, and $236 million in property loss. Don’t be a statistic. In addition, a clean dryer vent can reduce cloths drying time and save energy.
98% of odor causing contaminants are organic matter contained in the carpet and are removed through THE NORMAL CARPET CLEANING PROCESS. This service is for extreme situations. Sometimes your tile, air ducts, subfloor, baseboards, and even paint can be the culprit. Mildew, smoke, urine and other strong odors can infect these porous materials. A common problem is persistent wet dog smell. As animals rub against the walls and baseboards, they transfer their oils, which get absorbed by the tiny pores in the paint. Even wiping them with bleach is sometimes ineffective because of high surface tension. Bleach and other water-soluble cleaners cling to themselves, stopping them from penetrating into the pores. That’s where our industry leading equipment and skilled technicians come in! We use a wet fogger, thermal fogger or ozone machine, depending on situation. This equipment breaks down the odor obliterating chemicals into tiny particles, 1-20 microns, or 1-20 millionths of a meter. These tiny particles are smaller than the pores in the paint, allowing them to penetrate and take care of any strong and persistent odor problem.
The purpose of grout is to expand, contract, and flex, to protect your tiles from cracking due to changing temperatures and shifting ground. You may find your grout needs repair from either damage or staining. Improperly mixed grout may start to crack or even come loose, while improperly sealed grout may be susceptible to staining. If you need grout removed or replaced for any reason, you have come to the right place! Our color matching experts will get a new grout nearly identical to the original. Whether you just need a good cleaning or removal and repair, our tile and stone experts will wont rest until your floor is perfect.
When the sealant or wax on stone or grout is poorly maintained, or just plain old, it may need stripped off to allow a thorough cleaning. One of the main purposes of sealant is to protect your stone or grout from permanent damage by filling their pores with a protective layer. This protective layer will absorb all the dirt and contaminants so that the stone or grout doesn’t. Eventually the sealant will start to break down, or hold enough soil that it starts to make the grout look dirty. When that happens, the old sealant needs to be stripped off to effectively clean the floor. If you or your housekeepers use “mop n glow” on your floors, your floor will need to be stripped. We recommend against this product. The stripping process is very similar to the normal cleaning process found here. With our industrial strength stripper specifically designed for the task, and our heavy-duty weighted buffer, equipped with the best 3M stripping pads, old sealant and dirt doesn't stand a chance.
Stained concrete is the most durable and lowest maintenance flooring available. As such, it is one of the fastest growing flooring trends. As a company specializing in natural stone and tile cleaning, we are uniquely suited to provide this service. Preparation is 90% of staining concrete. Preparation involves cleaning and lightly sanding to ensure the stain adheres properly. With our truck mounted complete cleaning system and our heavy-duty weighted buffers, we provide optimal concrete cleaning. After cleaning we use 3M buffer pads to lightly sand the concrete, finishing the dye preparation and ensuring a uniform and smooth slab. After this rigorous process, we apply your desired stain, dye, or design, completing the transformation of your floor. Once stained, we recommend sealing the floor to lock in the stain, increasing longevity.
